LIMITED RUN
DROP 1 OF ∞ is produced in strictly limited quantities. Once a size sells out, there is no restock. Items are not reserved until checkout is completed.
RETURNS & SIZE EXCHANGES
Orders are final sale. Unworn items may be exchanged once for a different size when that size is still available. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or defective items are covered.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders move directly into fulfillment and cannot be cancelled once placed. This keeps the limited run fair for every shopper.
SHIPPING
Orders dispatch within 1–4 business days with tracked delivery. Tracking information is sent to the email on your order. Carrier and customs delays are outside our control.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All ETERNAL branding, graphics, and product designs are the property of ETERNAL. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute ETERNAL materials without written permission.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms as the collection evolves. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
